The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. Historic St. Mary's City, MD

1,000 square foot two-bedroom, one bath waterfront apartment features separate entrance and a screened-in porch overlooking the St. Mary’s River. Property has a large dock and a small private beach. Jellyfish, crabs, and oysters make swimming challenging, although many swim off the dock in the deeper water. No Diving! Dogs are welcome. We just ask that they be on a leash. The apartment is attached to part of the house where we reside, although it is sealed off and nothing is shared.

Living on Island Time

Relax with the whole family and spend life on Island Time. Full bar set up with ice maker and wine refrigerator. Private pier, paddle boards and firepit. Unwind on St Goerge Island or head out to one of the local eateries for some southern Maryland faire. Inside you have 2 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms. A massive island for cooking, card playing or just great conversations with endless views. Crabbing, fishing. The Neighbors have 2 Great Danes and a cat that you may see occasionally

Magnificent 26-acre waterfront property just off the Potomac River. This secluded, quiet waterfront oasis boasts four-bedroom and two-full baths with large picture windows offering panoramic water views from almost every room. The large updated kitchen features stainless appliances, ample cabinetry, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. There is a large sunny dock, a pizza oven, kayaks and a canoe to enjoy the water. If you're looking for the perfect weekend getaway, this is it!

Island Shanty

Cozy custom built houseboats on charming Solomons Island. Walking distance to restaurants, live music, boardwalk and unique shops. In the morning, have your coffee on the deck overlooking the harbor and watch the sailboats going by. In the evening enjoy a glass of wine on the deck while you listen to good bands on the weekends at the famous Tiki Bar. One SMALL well behaved pet ( no barkers please) is allowed and must be approved by owner $100 non- refundable pet fee.

Nestled next to historic St Mary's City and a lovely state park, your newly renovated Lucas Cove Beach home awaits you with your own private sandy beach and pier with vast views of the water, new salt water hot tub steps away from the beach, four beautifully furnished bedrooms with Casper mattresses, an upstairs deck with Adirondack chairs to take in the water views and amazing sunrises while sipping a beverage or just relaxing, high speed Wi-Fi. Kayaks available for rent.

Relax at this modest, tranquil getaway on St George Island. Experience protected areas of the Potomac River and St Mary's River shore. Watch turtles, fish, crab, otter, and birds from the 100-foot pier and decks. Enjoy the picnic table on the shoreline with colorful sunsets. High tides carry debris onshore and across yards a few times yearly. Stay aware of the unique environment with sea nettle jellyfish in July and August, and mosquitos from the marsh in warm months.

Historic St.Mary's City at the Lazy Bear Cottage

Inquire first on pets, there is a 50 lb. weight limit total, can be split up between 2 small dogs or 1 at 50lbs,,must be house broken and friendly. Close to Saint Mary's historic city, Pt. Lookout State Park. Sotterley Plantation is about 20 miles north of us Great hiking trails at the college. Tour a lighthouse. Great restaurants , or spend a day over in Solomons Island, about 20 miles from us. Check out Calvert Cliffs or Annemarie Gardens in Solomon's area

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Very quiet, and secluded waterfront getaway is the perfect spot to relax with nature. House is located approximately 150 feet from the creeks edge providing amazing views. Located on a very quiet and unpopulated creek (no other houses) off the Chesapeake Bay, our home offers a scenic deck with hot tub, waterfront fire pit with seating for up to six people, private floating dock with kayaks to explore the scenic creek.

Bright & cheery 1 bedroom waterfront apartment nestled on the banks of the St. Mary's River. Amazing, dreamy views. It's a sweet spot to relax and enjoy a quiet get-away or launch a kayak, take a walk, enjoy great cuisine. We sit next to St. Mary's College of MD and Historic St. Mary's City. You may see college sailing races, crew teams rowing, or the historic Maryland Dove sailing down the river. It's lovely here year around! SUNSETS!
