It also has a veranda to enjoy the view even when it's raining ! The flat is in a very safe area, located just 2 minutes away from a metro line, from Montmartre, the Rue des Martyrs, 15 min from the Eurostar, 30 min from la Defebse and within Pigalle, whith chill cafés and restaurants, but perched at the 8th floor to enjoy tranquility :)

It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
