You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Studio indépendant situé dans notre maison, proche du centre et disponible du dimanche soir au vendredi matin, idéal étudiant en alternance ou travailleur en déplacement. Ce studio de 15m2, entièrement rénové est parfaitement équipé avec lit 140 cm neuf, salle d'eau ouverte (douche et WC), coin cuisine. Vous apprécierez notre logement pour son lit confortable et son indépendance. /!\ Logement STRICTEMENT non-fumeur, pas d'autorisation de fumer devant la maison.
