Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. Welcome to our cozy home away from home that overlooks the beautiful St. Charles main street. The Highland Place features 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a queen, 1 bathroom, and a game area with a foosball table for a fun night in! This upper level condo sleeps up to 4 people and is steps away from the main street attractions. Highland Place is a short 25 minute drive from Rochester and Mayo Clinic, 30 minute drive from Winona, and a short 10 minute drive to Whitewater State Park.

Welcome to our "little yellow house" (although, it's not really that little). Centrally located in Chatfield - about 20 minutes to Rochester and a stones-throw to many great Root River adventure areas! This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus plenty of off-street parking space. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

This is a furnished apartment in a renovated church. One bedroom with a queen bed and large walk in closet on the lower level. A stairway takes you to an upper loft with three twin beds. Pack n play available and high chair too, upon request. Pets are welcome. Located a very short walk to Sylvan Park which has a wonderful playground. Plenty of counter space for a gathering. You’re welcome to park your bikes inside the apartment if you don’t mind bringing them up the exterior stairs. :)
