Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Central riverside balcony apartment located in the heart of the stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site of Dean Village. One of the most picturesque and oldest areas of Edinburgh with its narrow cobbled streets steeped in history. The outlook over the village and the river make this a rare and sought after setting. Dean Village is the most idyllic central location in Edinburgh with Princes Street being only a short 6 min walk away. Haymarket train station is within walking distance of the apartment.

The Mews Stables, a studio in Edinburgh's West End

Compact studio room created from a former mews stables with living, sleeping and kitchen areas in one space, close to Haymarket Station and the airport tram. Princes Street and the Dean Village and art galleries are 10 minutes walk away (0.5miles), the Conference Centre is 5 minutes walk away (0.25miles) and the Castle and Old Town are 20 minutes walk (1mile). There are numerous excellent restaurants and pubs in the vicinity, and for rugby fans Murrayfield is a 22 minute walk away (1.1miles).

The room is self contained with its own entrance, within a Listed Georgian townhouse built in 1810 in a quiet residential street at the foot of the Historic New Town. It has a bedroom with a double bed and memory foam mattress , WIFI and a separate shower room. We are a short walk from Princes Street,the Old Town,the Botanic Gardens and Stockbridge with its restaurants and thrift shops and Broughton with its trendy bars and shops. The Edinburrow is in a Basement suite in the New Town City Centre of Edinburgh. Minutes walking distance to train, tram & all Edinburgh attractions. It offers your own private entrance & wee basement courtyard which leads down to a double bedroom, through to a hallway with a twin bedroom with 2 small doubles & a large bathroom. There is no kitchen but a small snug with chairs & table, fridge, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and cups & glasses. Tea & coffee pods are provided.

This lovely three bedroom period apartment has its own main entrance at street level and is located in gorgeous Stockbridge - a much sought-after area of the city that is very popular with young professionals and families alike. It is situated in a quiet residential street but is close to all amenities, including great bars, cafes and restaurants; as well as the Botanical Gardens, Inverleith Park; Waitrose supermarket and an M&S Food Hall.
