Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Fenced in dog friendly cottage by Mohonk Preserve

The cottage is a hop to the Walkill Valley Rail Trail that hugs the Monhonk Preserve. Inside the cottage, you will feel warm and cozy, just like home. The Rosendale trestle and Joppenberg Mountain are a quick walk or bike ride away. Shops, amenities close by. Your pups will Love the yard! Easy access to trails for XCountry skiing/snow shoes. Dog fee is $75 per dog, 2 dog max. Dogs over 50 pounds are special request. Rosendale swimming pool open is to public. $75 for guest 3 and $75 for guest 4.

This New House

Unique custom built new home constructed purposefully for Airbnb quests. This house offers a distinctive design with a large loft bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. The loft overlooks the downstairs living area which has an open living room, dinning area, and kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Located in a 1890s Brownstone, the Shack is a comfortable refurbished studio with hand hewn beams, brick walls and a wood burning stove. Sleep in a queen Murphy bed (pulls down) and prepare food in the kitchenette. Keep in mind nobody above you and the town shuts down at 10 PM so you have a decent amount of peace and quiet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.
