Our cabin is rustic yet enchanting. Hand-built in 1947, Longacres is the perfect cozy place to unplug and unwind. But if you need high-speed internet, you’ve got it! Old Town Manteo is a charming harbor town where you will feel far from the beach boxes and OBX crowds. Longacres is 1 mile from downtown, a 5 minute walk to the Roanoke Sound and a 12 minute drive to the Nags Head beaches. To complete your adventure, we provide bikes and kayaks so you can explore the water and town at your own pace.

We take great strides to make sure it is super clean and well maintained. Our goal is to provide a space for complete relaxation. The cottage and outdoor spaces are very private. There is a patio area with outdoor seating as well as a screened porch. Listen to the wind chimes and birds. Enjoy the flowers.

The space is decorated in nautical theme with collectibles & décor we hope you will enjoy. Stay with us relax, and enjoy Manteo's charm. We do allow pets with a small additional cleaning fee on a case by case basis. Feel free to ask us anything.

Goldie Guest Suite is a private getaway right in the middle of all the OBX has to offer! A short walking distance to the ocean (appx 3 minute drive, .4 miles) and other popular sights.
