Our townhome is an ideal base for all your alpine adventures in the San Juans. Come for world-class ice climbing, trail time in Mt. Sneffels wilderness, downhill skiing in Telluride or Ouray or just to relax in the Hot Springs right across the parking lot. With views out every window and a private deck to take it all in, we hope you find yourself in love with this "little Switzerland" mountain town like we are. This is our retreat, we are happy to share it with you and let it be yours as well!

Montrose Memories Central to Western Colorado

Stay in our private basement space (separate entrance) while exploring Telluride, Ouray, Black Canyon NP, Ridgway, & more! We have a kids room with outdoor playset, pet friendly fenced back yard, and photo booth to capture your memories. Grab a cup of coffee/hot cocoa before your day of adventure. Then relax while streaming your favorite shows. Fast internet for those that need to do remote work. Hotel bedding and toiletries are provided. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. (No kitchen)

Cottage at NeedleRock

Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door.

Enjoy hiking, hot springs, Via Ferrata, jeeping, ice climbing, and more! -300 feet from Twin Peaks Hot Springs (1 minute walk). -.03 miles from Ouray Brewery (6 minute walk) Outside deck and outdoor furniture for sitting and enjoying your coffee with amazing views. This unit includes an oversized two car garage and the entire home was furnished in Sep 2023. Hot tub available (shared with lower unit).

Attached to our 100+ year old house, this upstairs unit features a sunny deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or al fresco dining. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress in the other, as well as a full-size sofa bed in the living room. With room for up to 5 guests, we've found that it best fits families or up to 3 adults comfortably.

Outside you’ll find a patio with fire pit where you can sit around a campfire and enjoy the incredible view of Needle Rock and surrounding mountains. We also offer an RV site with full hookup.
