Big Bear’s Den - On Lake Alexander

This spacious home is located on beautiful Lake Alexander just west of Merrill, Wisconsin. Enjoy the tranquil view year-round as you plan the many activities that this location offers. You bring the boat, and we'll supply the dock. Throw in your ski's or wakeboard, and don't forget your fishing poles! Three pound small mouth bass are not uncommon and the monster's of fresh water fish, the musky, are plentiful. Add in walleyes, crappies, northern pike and this location is a fisherman's dream!

Shalom Retreat

Enjoy a stay in the cottage in the big woods! The lane leading to it winds a half mile back from the road. This place will be a highlight because of everything from the spacious yard surrounded with woods, kitchen fully stocked with dishes, open, cozy living room and cute bedrooms. It is a family friendly place including a Foosball table, board games and toys. Also has a picnic table and backyard fire pit (firewood included) or you can choose to grill your favorites on the covered back porch.

You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

Irish Acres Farm is host to guest friendly activities. Sit & relax or join in farm chores, hike, fish, meditate. Light a camp fire and enjoy Nature at her finest. Experience the coziness of a rustic "tiny house" off-grid log FAIRY CABIN set beside a 1 acre spring fed pond. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & families (with kids). No pets or therapy animals allowed. We strive to be a tech free zone (NO WIFI or TV's). A true authentic connection with Nature and each other.

My place is close to the city center, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. This quiet, 4 bedroom lake house is not only on the water, but a short, five minute drive to Rib Mountain Skiing, a three minute drive to a boat launch, as well as everything Rib Mountain has to offer; shopping, restaurants, night life, and various outdoor activities. It has everything you need to make your holiday warm, comfortable and full of bliss! Cleaning fee credited for all stays 7 days or longer. We can also set up the basement living room area to be a work space.

(Must walk up a handful of outdoor stairs) Unique, peaceful, and affordable - Daniel’s Place is 3 blocks from the Riverlife walking path, leading directly to downtown, and 3 miles away from Granite Peak Ski Resort. Daniel’s Place is the perfect spot for weekend ski trips, city biking, trying local restaurants, farmers markets, kayaking, and exploring the city of Wausau. Come make yourself at home 🙂

Located on the southeast side of Mayflower Lake, this getaway is 65' from the water with a 23' dock shared with up to one other guest, fire ring, and grill. The cabin, one of two, is a functional, newly remodeled approx 400 sq ft design with your vacation in mind! Swim, kayak, paddle-board (both free to use) & fish! Minutes from other fishing lakes, snow mobile trails, Ice Age Trail, Eau Claire Dells, golf courses, casinos, and Mountain Bay Trail. 30 min from Granite Peak.

Escape to central Wisconsin in your own private cabin! One bedroom with a full bed and single bed. Second bedroom with a queen bed. Full kitchen. Full use of water toys and kayaks.
