Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Welcome to River Run. A modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath hideaway set on a spacious riverfront lot with direct river access. Enjoy meals on the deck, watch the Eagles, Osprey, deer, geese and other wildlife that call this home. Kayak, tube, fish, sunbathe, read, do nothing or everything. The choices are yours. Take a step back in time and enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway. Red Pine Cabin is secluded and set back 3 acres along the drive. Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. The small town of Barryton is located a mile to the South

Peaceful & Cozy Private Living Space- Pond View

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
