This charming space offers a private deck, hot tub, kitchenette, 3/4 bath, and a luxury king bed. Enjoy morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine on the deck while listening to Corbett Creek. The Dallas Trailhead is a short walk away, or bike/drive to the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Per county ordinance, only one trailer is allowed on-site, with additional parking options available.

Stay in one of our cozy Casitas (tiny houses) that accommodate two people and are situated among a few others at our eclectic campground in the valley between Ridgway and Ouray Colorado. These tiny homes have a small footprint of 250 square feet but feel much larger due to the high vaulted ceilings. They are stocked with your everyday necessities such as linens, cooking basics and showering facilities. We have cleverly designed them to maximize space and hope you enjoy the loft views!

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Cute and cozy year-round camping cabin available for rent as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Camping Cabins do NOT have water inside the cabin. Drinking water is readily available. Our heated restrooms and shower facilities are only a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily to make sure they are clean and ready for our guests.
