Convenient location at the top of Lake Macquarie. Good access to all the hospitals, shopping centres, lake tourist areas and beautiful Speers Point park. Fully self contained with microwave, hotplate, good kitchenette. Initial breakfast items provided, muesli or rolled oats, eggs, bread, butter, spreads, tea, coffee, milk. Washing machine in bathroom & drying space outside. Host on hand for help. Parking on site. NOTE: No TV provided, just a Blue Tooth speaker to play your devices through.

Welcome to a self-contained studio apartment in picturesque and quiet grounds. We are adjacent to Blackbutt Reserve and perfectly located to the John Hunter Hospital. New Lambton, Kotara and Cardiff are a short distance or take to the nearby bushwalking tracks and explore the native wildlife at Blackbutt Reserve and stunning native birds surround us. The property is at the very start of Ironbark Creek which is a permanent creek so you will enjoy all the native wildlife that comes with that.

Newcastle 30.25 in the Vale

Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

Newcastle Uni is moments away, John Hunter Hospital is a 7 minute drive. Private entry through the garage & you are welcomed to a leafy backdrop & creature comforts of home. Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊

You will have the entire loft guesthouse to yourself that is located at the rear of our property and offers a contactless self check in with your private entrance.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.
