The 6+acres are fenced with a covered patio, grill & hot tub, for your use. There's a partial kitchen so we provide many appliances. 12 mins to town & adjacent to Taos Ski Valley road. Pet friendly. Only 25 minutes to Sipapu ski resort, 15 minutes to the Rio Grande for white water rafting & fishing, 10 minutes to various mountain bike & hiking trails and 40 minutes to Taos Ski Valley and Angel Fire Resort for winter and summer fun. Shopping, groceries and galleries all within a 5 minute drive. Gated driveway. Gas station, liquor store and convenience store are a 2 minute walk from Casita.

XC ski 2 mi away after snowstorms + more above Chama/Los Alamos/Taos. Downhill ski in Santa Fe or Taos- 1.5 hr.
