Located on the 2nd floor of a fully-owned two-storey building, it has a great view to Piraeus and Filopappou hill from its balcony and private roof terrace.

My studio is new, bright and comfortabe it js located in Artemida which is 10 minutes away from Athens Airport, 20 minutes drive from Rafina port, 30 minutes drive from Acropolis, 2km away from an organized beach and around 600m there is a church a the top of the mountain with an amazing view of the airport and the city
