La struttura è a fianco alla casa padronale della famiglia proprietaria. Gli ospiti possono inoltre intraprendere passeggiate attraverso prati e boschi e percorrere la pista ciclabile collegata fino al centro storico.

Composto da ingresso, soggiorno, saletta pranzo, grande terrazzo e cucina abitabile. Camera matrimoniale con terrazzo a vista panoramica di grande impatto...180° di mozzafiato!!

Belle petite maison, proche Fano, plages, colline

A juste 5 mn du centre ville de Fano, charmante petite maison au milieu de sa verdure, avec pinède et plantes variées, proche de Fano et de la mer. Du charme, vue vers la mer depuis le premier étage et la vue sur la colline de l'autre côté de la maison, le parc voisin de 12 hectares autour de la maison dispose de 900 oliviers. Mon logement est parfait pour les familles (avec enfants). (La maison n a pas de clôture, sauf côté route, donc n est pas idéale pour les animaux si trop explorateurs…)

La casa é situata in una tranquilla frazione lontano dal caos cittadino, ma nel contempo si possono visitare paesini medievali, la meravigliosa Urbino e tanti altri borghi nel Montefeltro. Grazie al territorio si può praticare trekking sul M. Nerone, M. Catria e la spettacolare gola del Furlo. Si organizzano entusiasmanti ricerche del tartufo. La casa é di recentissima ristrutturazione, confortevole e grazie alla posizione in cui é situata offre dei tramonti e scorci rilassanti e suggestivi.
