Located within 2 miles of both Marist and Vassar Colleges, as well as a short drive from The Culinary Institute of America. Historic villages of Hyde Park and Rhinebeck are just a short drive along the river. As well as fast access to hiking and biking trails in local Shawangunk mountains, Mohonk Preserve, and Minnewaska State Park.
