The upper flat also a large kitchen + living room, 2 balconies, a terrace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 swimming pools, a summer kitchen and an outdoor grilling area

Enjoy summer evenings on the terrace with a barbecue and refresh yourself in the pool behind the house,while the children have fun on the children's playground.
