This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Από το διαμέρισμα, υπάρχει η δυνατότητα περιπάτου κατά μήκος του λιμανιού, καθώς και περιπάτου γύρω από το χωριό, στο γραφικό λιμανάκι της Μπάλτιζας. We welcome you to our cottage house in Taktikoupoli Troizinias. The ideal place to relax, enjoy nature and explore, only 1 km away from the sea (by car). Also, it is close to the Volcano of Methana, Vathi marina, the Ancient Theater of Epudaurus, Devil’s Bridge, Lake of Psifta and Poros island. All you need is a car or a motorcycle and travelling mood! But how can you come? By car via Korinthos and Epidaurus or by ship via Methana or Poros.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture.
