Riverbank Villa

Federation style and spacious home is one of the best locations in Devonport; only 5-10 minute WALKING distance to the CBD, the beach,restaurants, supermarket & cafes.Only 2 minutes from our main walking track which connects shops, the river & our two main beaches. The Villa is a best place to see the New Year firework & Christmas celebration with friends and family. Portsea Cottage

Our light-filled cottage is situated in a quiet street a short stroll to beaches, and local amenities. It is a 15 minute drive to the Devonport airport and a 5 minute drive to the local shopping precinct. Our peaceful cottage has two large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed which can also be configured as twin singles upon request. Bedroom 2 contains a queen size bed. Detached from the house is a bungalow which also contains a queen size bed and has its own sitting area and toilet.

Greens Beach Family Holiday Home

Our "shack" at Greens Beach is a comfortable holiday home for our family (including 2 dogs!) and we have tried to set it up for all the activities that the area offers (and we love!). It is 5 minutes walk to the beach (less if you have a Labrador or large water loving dog!), shop, golf club and tennis courts. We have provided most of the basics for these activities! It is a perfect spot to relax or a base to explore what the Tamar Valley has to offer!
