The Old Farmhouse (Trossachs) - Achray Farm

Achray Farm is a working smallholding / goat farm and ice-cream maker in the Trossachs. We offer holiday let stays in The Old Farmhouse & The Cake House (sleeps 4). Old Farmhouse was renovated in 2019 to create bright, spacious accommodation whist retaining original features, along with a wood burning stove and complimented by 300Mbs fibre WiFi & biomass heating. Our location is the perfect start for walking, cycling & touring the area right from the door and walking distance from the tearoom.

Duchray Castle - 16th Century Scottish Castle

2.5 miles from Aberfoyle, nestled in the heart of the Queen Elizabeth Forest this 500 year old tower house with connections to Rob Roy has been fully renovated. It now offers comfortable accommodation with en suite bathrooms to each bedroom. With renewable biomass heating system Duchray Castle is the perfect cosy get away! The Stable is a ground floor semi detached studio cottage situated in a private 40 acre estate with panoramic views of the Lake of Menteith, private covered porch, gas barbecue, freesat TV, DVD player, docking station and White Company linen. We have a corporate membership of Forrest Hills Hotel and Spa (c12 minutes drive from the cottage) which allows our guests access to their swimming pool, steam room, sauna and Spa and billiards room at no cost apart from individual spa treatments).

Merlin is a perfect space for 2 on an 84 acre hillside farm. The farm offers stunning views of the Lake of Menteith and surrounding hills. Merlin is a cute space with all comforts considered: a king size bed, small sofa, kitchenette, lush decor and a walk in shower. Bathrobes, fluffy towels, tea and coffee are included. Cormorant - Lake Shore Luxury

Kick back and relax in this stylish and luxurious space on the shores of Lake Menteith with private Hot Tub and BBQ/ fire pit area. Cormorant has 3 bedrooms, 2 downstairs doubles/twins and a huge master bedroom upstairs, all en suite. Outside is a magnificent view of the lake, Ben Lomond and the Goodie burn. The Lake is one of the best trout fishing spots in Scotland, and fishermen’s boats dot the water, while osprey, herons – and cormorants – and other wildlife make it their home.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

You will be surrounded on all sides by fields, woods or mountains but yet be close enough to pop out for a coffee and cake at the local village or taste a wee dram at the Glengoyne whisky distillery.

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores!
