It’s within walking distance of many of the sights of the uptown Stockade district of New York’s first capital. Explore the weekend farmers’ market, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible by bus or by car. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

This is a newly renovated home in a two-unit house in Port Ewen, 5 min to historic Kingston. We have carefully planned and renovated this home with a work/leisure lifestyle in mind. Our renovated Kingston apartment. House was built in 1888 and has been lovingly renewed and restored. We fussed over every detail and tried to make the space as comfortable and inviting as we could. Many of the furniture pieces we made, or restored. We refinished the old floors and completed re jigged the layout for a more open plan, connected living space. Kitchen and bathroom are completely brand new! The house is in the middle of everything Kingston, and the HV has to offer.

This unique, centrally located 500 sq ft ground-floor, 1.5 story apartment is in an ideal location to explore Rosendale and the surrounding areas. Located in a 1890s Brownstone, the Shack is a comfortable refurbished studio with hand hewn beams, brick walls and a wood burning stove.
