It has a nice Florida room that overlooks the fresh water canal or grab a chair and head down to the canal to chill or fish! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 35 minutes to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach on Gasparilla Island, 40 minutes to Venice Beach or Manasota Key where you can find shark teeth or only 55 min to the well known Siesta Key Beach!

Relax with the whole family! Our home offers 3 spacious bedrooms. The open floor plan maximizes the space between the living room and kitchen with a phenomenal view of the pool, canal and well-manicured backyard. The (3) bedrooms are set off down the hallway from the main living space. No steps or stairs - handicap accessible! The covered lanai keeps the bugs away while you enjoy the salt water pool (with heater if needed at additional cost of $50 per day).
