HEATING & COOLING A split system located in the lounge area and all 3 bedrooms keeps this townhouse cool in Summer and warm in Winter. Outside ceiling mounted bar heater for cooler evenings. BATHROOMS The main bathroom is upstairs with a separate bath to soak in, shower and vanity and the toilet is separate. The main bedroom has an ensuite downstairs, plus there is a powder room in the entry hallway with toilet & hand basin. OUTDOORS Outside is a gas BBQ and 6 seater bench dining table and stools.
