Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Light and airy modern house, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, private garden and parking. A perfect place for surfing on the famous Polzeath beach and SW coast path - a 5 minute walk away, or equally a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty that nature has to offer in terms of walks, beaches, swimming, relaxing, picnicking. Baby Bay boasts a wonderful outdoor sauna in close proximity. We are very proud of our home and have made every effort to keep it newly decorated and beautifully furnished.

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

The Cob - Polzeath / Rock - Stunning Barn

My husband converted this Cob Barn into a beautiful one level cottage. Full of character, and very comfortable and cosy! It is perfect for either one family with up to three children or two couples. Fantastic location as we are one mile from Polzeath and two miles from Rock. However, we are in a very rural spot so far from the maddening summer crowds - yet on the doorstep of everything. We welcome dogs but do charge a small extra cleaning charge of £15 per dog. Please do check with us first.

Although the house can accommodate up to 8 guests, The Headland could also suit smaller parties of 2 and 4 as the house feels intimate, cosy and comfortable throughout. This delightful home has a large mature south facing garden, great for families, kids and dogs, and is in full sun for most of the day.

Greenhorn is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached cottage in the historic town of Padstow. It offers open plan living downstairs. We’ve furnished our place with comfort and style in mind and welcome families and pets (£25 fee). Brand new shower room fitted March 2025 and water pressure improved. Off road parking for one car and a 5-10 mins walk from Padstow Harbour and town. Patio area to the side of the house as well as decking at the rear via bi-fold doors in the lounge.

Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.
