Newly renovated in April 2025, our 440 sq. ft. condo has a brand new kitchen, bathroom, shower, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and furniture. Steps to the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions. We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends. Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available. Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

It's on a quiet street, away from the boardwalk noise. Parking for 2 cars on driveway & street parking. 3 bedrooms & 2 baths - sunroom has a pull-out sofa. Home sleeps 8 people comfortably. Spacious living room has plenty of seating & TV. House is thoroughly cleaned between guests. Sorry, no pets. Minimum age to rent: 26

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. The Ark restaurant is a short walk from the house.
