The double mezzanine bed is up a steep ladder and has very restricted head height so requires some agility. The two single bed pods are comfortable. Houndhead Barn is located in the heart of our delightful Devon village, Broadhempston, which is sandwiched between Dartmoor National Park and the beautiful South Devon coastline. The village is home to 2 pubs both offering great food and an award winning village shop with a wide range of local produce. The local town of Totnes is filled with shops, cafes and restaurants and has a national rail station. Broadhempston is near the A38 Devon Expressway putting Exeter and Plymouth within easy reach.

Deanburn Barn is a cosy, straw bale barn which sits nestled at the end of a private drive on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all. Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

The cow shed.

Welcome to the Cow Shed. We are located in the village of Upton cross. The property is at the end of our garden but completely private with its own entrance and own patio. Our home is surrounded by a working farm which is home to a herd of cows for most of the year, some are shy but others a bit cheeky and will pop there heads over the wall to be nosey. We are based right on the edge of Bodmin moor with views of the cheese rings and Sharptor, we have a local pub and shop .

The Garden House, Noss Mayo

The Garden House is a converted building next to a Victorian rectory. The accommodation & amenities are maintained to a high standard, our guests have use of their own private & enclosed garden which has lovely views across Middlecombe valley. We are located half a mile from Noss Mayo, which is a 15 minute footpath walk down the hill from the property. We are also close to the coastal path and only a 25 minute drive away from Plymouth city centre.
