Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short golf cart ride from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months.

BuffaloHead Cabin

Close to Hawksbill Crag/Whitaker Point, Upper Buffalo Wilderness, Horseshoe Canyon, Glory Hole, Lost Valley, Hailstone & Kings River Falls. Glorified camping w/o a tent. Use an outhouse and outdoor solar shower bag. Basic clean. Wood bunks. No beds/linens/blankets/pillows.Value is seclusion/location

Queen bed in the loft and a queen Murphy bed in the main room. A wilderness retreat within the city limits!

Just minutes from Big Piney River, Mark Twain national Forest, and Ozark National scenic River ways! Nestled in the pines on the outskirts of town you will think you are hours from anyone! Sit around the fire pit by the pond and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature! Piney River Brewery is just minutes away with River access in almost every direction!

The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

Make some memories at this unique and serene place. Overlooking the beautiful Ozark mountains, enjoy the stunning sunrise, or take a ride on Buckhorn Trails with your side by side or four wheeler. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Now to accompany our "barn style cottage"on the same property and all the same amenities and views of the great outdoors.You will fall in love with this spacious cabin from the first step you take into it ,with its high ceiling and three seperate sleeping areas.It comes with all the amenities of home with a great cabin feel.No pets allowed in the cabin but Ask us about boarding your dog in our climate controlled kennel on the property just a short distance from the cabin.

Misty Hollow Hideaway is conveniently located near the Hasty, Carver, and Blue Hole public accesses on the Buffalo River, providing some of the best floating, fishing, and swimming holes in the country. Round Top, Hawksbill Crag, Cecil Creek Trail, Buffalo River Trail, and other great hikes await those seeking a more physical adventure. Start the day with breakfast on the deck as birdsong greets the morning sun rising over the ridge.

We are a pet friendly cabin, so no need to leave your furry friends behind!

The Rock Creek Cabin

Cabin with rustic decor nestled in the Flint Hills of Kansas on the Rocking P Ranch. Enjoy life on the prairie: hiking, fishing a near by pond, and playing in the creek. Relax on the porch enjoying the view of the wide open space. BBQ grill, fireplace, and wildlife will make any season enjoyable. Only visitors you might have are the cattle and horses. Located just one hour from the Wichita airport.
