We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

This adorable one bedroom casita features eco-friendly products, classy Deco decorating, and an extra cozy Keetsa king bed. The combination of minimal aesthetics with just the right flashy Deco touch creates a cozy, inviting interior. The Casita is completely private and is heated and cooled by mini-splits in the living room and bedroom. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.

Across the street from the Petroglyph National Park, our house is easily accessible from I-40, a 5-minute drive to Ladera Golf Course and a 15-minute drive from Albuquerque’s historic Old Town.
