Find yourself immersed in tranquility with all the comforts of home. The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they’re a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Cozy & Clean Lawrenceville Studio

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

This romantic getaway offers a history all its own. Welcome to our fully renovated and restored circa 1829 barn 2nd floor guest suite. Within walking/biking distance to Historic Newtown Borough and all of its unique boutique shops and restaurants. Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.

Easily accessible from 295 and the NJ Turnpike, but a quiet respite from the surrounding suburbs. The unit has a private entrance, a full bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, coffee pot, tea kettle and microwave. Feel free to spend time with the resident goats and chickens.
