Legal Licensed Suite (9352)Directly located on Kelowna's World Famous wine route and only 10 minutes from the action of town. Cross the street and walk through the vineyard to some of the Okanagan's most recognized wineries. Over 2000 square feet and a 180 degree view of Lake Okanagan will have you relaxed in no time. Lots of Hiking, Cycling, Golf or a gentle stroll . The suite is located in the upper level of the home. You have private entrance, 2 private patios including a gas fire table.

Lakefront cabin at a quiet fishing lake (10HP boat limit) Almost 1000' lake frontage on a 10 acre property. This is a modern cabin/house. Landscaping is difficult in this area, but there is a nice patio and amazing views! You can walk around the lake which is about 5km, or one hour. This is a quiet area. There is a campsite on the other side of the lake, and approximately 20 other cabins around the lake. On summer days you will see people float around the lake on docks and small boats.

You may hear some pitter patter that starts in the morning.
