Penthouse is located 15 min walking distance from the city center. There is kitchen, dining room, large living room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

A studio apartment relatively close to the town square (5 minutes away on foot) with a gorgeous view of the town and sea. Has both a small terrace and a balcony from which you can enjoy the view. In front of the house, we have a private parking in case you arrive by car. The apartment is on the second floor, and we live on the ground floor, so if you need anything, there will always be someone around to help you. The apartment was renovated in 2020.
