The Blue Ridge Bungalow

Enjoy the hot tub on the deck, take in breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains with the New River winding through the valley in both directions, and listen to the trains chugging along the river, providing additional rustic charm. A short walk down the driveway provides access to public river beaches for swimming, tubing, fishing, floating the rapids, and kayaking. 20-25 minutes to VT

The Radford Dwelling

You will be centrally located to local attractions within Radford, along with Radford University and Virginia Tech. The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Cozy Riverfront House - 15 minutes from VT

BRAND NEW INTERIOR. This fully renovated and updated riverfront home is perfect for a family get away/girl's weekend/guy's fishing trip! There are two bedrooms- one queen bed, a full and a twin. This home includes one full bath, a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, and an indoor fire pit. Sit outside around the fire pit and enjoy beautiful views of the New River while only being 15 minutes from Blacksburg and Virginia Tech. Dogs welcome. No smoking!

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.

This house was renovated to its earlier 20th century glory with 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms & 2 living spaces with 2 pull-out couches and a kitchen. It has a wrap around porch and porch swing. The cottage is 100 feet from the New River and 50 feet from the N&W railroad, with the train running close by.

Carriage House +New River access

Enjoy tranquil nature in this custom carriage house in Newport in Giles County (just across the Montgomery County line). The home is located on 40 acres including land adjacent to the New River for your leisure. Located 16 miles to Virginia Tech, (25 minutes).
