Poole Bournemouth two double bed home

Located in an excellent position near to Ashley Cross which is a great place to eat and socialise in Poole. It’s a 10 minute drive to the beach & also really close to very regular bus routes to Poole & Bournemouth so you could leave the car and not have to park at the air show or other local attractions. The house is recently decorated and comfortable and should suit your holiday or business stay. There is even a picnic hamper for you to use if you wish. In winter there is a wood burning stove.

There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Harbour Cottage is a charming two storey house, just a short stroll from the shores of Poole Harbour and the renowned beaches of Sandbanks. Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

A quiet residential area a few minutes from Poole, and a 15 minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth. Our location offers easy access to the New Forest National Park, the Dorset Jurassic Coast and the Channel ferries. From Poole quay you can take boat trips including Brownsea Island. The area also boasts beautiful beaches at Sandbanks, Bournemouth and Studland, while the Purbeck hills can be accessed via a chain ferry.

We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
