Enjoy the blue waters of the Aegean sea and the warm Mediterranean sun in Ancient Epidavros. These 2 spacious villas are located on the hill of Gialasi overlooking the Saronic gulf. A 5 min drive from the town of Ancient Epidavros, little theatre & sunken city and only a 15 min drive to the ancient theatre of Epidavros or 30 min drive to Greece's first capital city, Nafplion. The 2 villas are divided into 4 apartments, with access to each one's private garden and outdoor BBQ.

A spacious apartment, located just 600 meters from the beach, 12 km from the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus and 700 meters from the Little Theatre of Ancient Epidaurus. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a corner sofa that can become an additional double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Villa Irini is a beautiful vacation home with stunning views over the Saronic Gulf and Ancient Epidaurus. Its idyllic guest annexe comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, has its own entrance and private swimming pool. Cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, free wifi and free laundry service are at your disposal. The beach with crystal clear water is just 350 meters away. The hosts speak English, Spanish and Greek.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.
