We have general amenities, comfy sofa and a log burner which is great on cooler evenings . outside seating to the front and rear . Three double rooms Walking distance for many locations , the otter mill , the kings arms , a fantastic village pub and the coastal walks . The River Otter is home to otter and beaver colonies , Lower Otter Restoration Project ,and Bicton Arena located close

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The cottage is perfect for walkers giving easy access to the South West coast path and the River Otter with a wide variety of birds or if you are lucky, wild beavers. Nearby the Jurassic Coast at Ladram Bay or the seaside towns of Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth. For city attractions, Exeter has everything you could wish for. A great base for exploring this area of east Devon.
