Its location it provides to the guests at the same time a lot of privacy,but also easy access to the city center.There is a main house with one room, big living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom and auxiliary house with big dinning room, sofa bed,attic galery with bed, bathroom.

Proud to rent top floor of three floor detached house in quiet area close to ancient town of Trogir with beaches and stunning architecture (5 km), city of Split just 25 km distant and also a wonderful town of Sibenik 45 km away. Split International Airport 4 km distant. House is surrounded with fruit and vegetable garden to southeast and pine tree forest to north. Accommodation consists of two separate rooms same size and content, kitchen and big balcony with a stunning view of Split Bay.

Okružena zelenilom koje pruža mir, privatnost i najvažnije odmor, opuštanje i uživanje, također je sve ograđeno za dodatnu privatnost . Ova kuća ima veliku terasu, te prostranu okućnicu sa puno sadržaja od zabave i fitness-a do opuštanja na ležaljkama kraj bazena ili ispod dviju sjenica i roštiljanja. Unutrašnjost je vrlo prostrana s 3 sobe koje su klimatizirane i konoba, te 4 kupatila(3 unutra i 1 van).

RESIDENCE NADA is our family home which we decided ti rent in 2022. Residence has beautifully furnished interiors is located on a spacious plot in a small peaceful place. The house consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor, attic and outside area with 150m2 pool, tennis court, boccia playground and external BBQ house.
