The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

A private guest house with stunning views, the Coach House adjoins 'The Mount', an imposing granite built former Quarry Captains House sitting atop a hill in it's own 15 acre estate. Bridle paths lead from the property directly onto the moor. The friendly moorland Village of Sticklepath is a short walk away with its two pubs, Village Shop and National Trust's Finch Foundry. Only 2mins off the A30, a pet friendly, family friendly stay in a central Devon location, a perfect base for exploring.

The property has its own cottage garden as well as a private riverbank woodland from where you can fish - or relax by the water and watch the local wildlife.

Escape to our couples only Tiny House on the edge of Dartmoor. Spend your days exploring the moors, then return to soak in your wood fired hot tub overlooking the fields. For the adventurous, we share our favourite local walks, kayaking spots, and cycling routes or simply switch off and enjoy the peace. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with cosy country pubs nearby that serve fantastic food. And yes, we’re dog-friendly 🐕 because adventures are better with your dog by your side.

'The Cabin' is a romantic couple's retreat, but conversely, a family's nostalgic getaway to a simpler life. Overlooking a field of friendly sheep who wander right up to the living room windows, and bird feeders which welcome a wealth of birds at every elevation, you will feel immersed in nature and wildlife. Go outside and toast marshmallows on the fire pit, or sizzle sausages on the brick charcoal barbecue. Then sink into the electric hot tub, turn up the jets and gaze at the stars.

Tired of economy class? Charter a stay in a first class fuselage with wood fired hot tub situated in tranquil woodland. Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.
