Lovely home just 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes drive to the city. Smell the ocean from the porch. This cute and quirky house is perfect for a family or two couples. This is a community feel and the hot tub does have a walk way by it. We are unable to change this. HOT TUB maintenance occurs every Tues.

Please note the low clearance carport (6ft 7in height) and follow parking restrictions on the front driveway.

Enjoy sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Twin Rocks. This ocean front condo is located inside Shorewood RV Resort. The beach access stairs is located just outside the front deck. This condo can be rented with the "Twin Rocks Condo" to host your large vacation party of up to 12 guests. Not a pet friendly property. Parking for 2 vehicles.
