La Coquille

My place is close to family-friendly activities, the beach, the bay, the ocean. We are a 20 minute walk to Ocean Beach and Fair Harbor where local stores, markets, restaurants and night life take place. We have all the amenities. We have towels, sheets, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach games, etc. The north and south decks both have tables to use for outdoor dining. This comes in handy when the wind is blowing from the bay or ocean. One side is always tranquil.

Toes in the Sand Beach Cottage

Quaint Beach Cottage , on your very private beach on the bay , put your toes in the sand and enjoy this beautiful space! The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the sofa has a pull out trundle which sleeps two people. Patchogue village is 1 mile away to enjoy exceptional restarants and bars , Davis Park Ferry is close by and you can get to Davis Park in 15 minutes by ferry. Kayaking and Paddleboards are fun on this beach !

Fire Island - Oceanfront Beach House

Fantastic oceanfront house is a double decker house and located steps to the beach. This house has ocean views from the deck and inside the house. Inside you will find 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an open concept dining and living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Outside you will find a furnished deck with seating and lounging as well as a grill for perfect summer BBQs. There is a spacious outdoor shower - must have for any beach house!
