Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish beach cottage with NEW Kitchen and NEW bathroom (completed April 2026) in Sag Harbor. It is the perfect spot for a single or couple to enjoy the Hamptons beachy lifestyle. Fully appointed for your stay, just bring your bathing suit. Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, BBQ and my own tiny cottage “Bouy Cottage” is across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in May-Sept. Beach chairs, umbrella and smiles!

The Hilltop Harborview

Guests will immediately walk past spacious hot tub into a comfortable sunroom where you’ll watch the most colorful, water view sunsets Long Island has to offer! This one of a kind offers a sprawling layout that has 3 queen size bedrooms and 1 king . We can also provide an air mattress for an additional guest. There is a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer! This beautiful walking Village has so much to offer! We do allow dogs with prior notice with a $75/dog.

Cheerful 3 Bedroom Cottage with Fire Place

The first and Third week of August are stiil available! Enjoy the solitude of the beach as the tide ebbs & flows. Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. Enjoy strolls on the beach located just out the back door or a sunset meal on the back porch. This wonderful cottage offers everything you will need during your stay. Including, comfortable beds, beach strolls and a bright upgraded kitchen with many amenities. The 3 bedrooms will fit up to 8 people comfortably.

Waterfront Round House View

A unique little beach house on the south shore of long island with the most beautiful view. The house is located on a canal. Dock is available! **We have Paddle Boards, Surf Boards and 3- 2 person Kayaks onsite for you to use during your stay. You can get to the Great South Bay by paddling to the mouth of the canal. And you can get to Fire Island by hiring a Water Taxi to pick you up! The octagon house was built in the 1970s. It's recently been refreshed with all new beds & linens.

Coastal Cottage on the Water

A coastal cottage on the water surrounded by vineyards and farm stands on the North Fork. Unwind in the backyard with a private view of the Goldsmith's Inlet where you can watch the sunrise, bird watch, and admire our local swans. Brand new Weber Grill (2025). We have completed renovations of 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and the entire pool house over the last 18 months. Our home is <10 minutes drive to the beach, groceries, and restaurants! Our pool will open May 23, 2026 and close on Labor Day.

Full apartment with full bathroom 10 minutes to all Hampton towns. Quiet property Walking distance to free SUP boards and canoes and only 2 minute drive to a dog friendly beaches. Extra bedroom is a Cabin in the middle of the property and was a recording studio, now has queen bed, wifi, fridge, micro wave, heat and AC, TV and DVD player but no bathroom. You have your own parking spots, entrance and outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.

Beachy casual feel-good home easily located at the entrance to The Hamptons. Lovely views of Bay, Nightly Sunsets & birds! Launch our Kayaks at street's tiny beach flowing from Cold Spring Pond into Bay. Or cuddle by the fireplace and play our many available games. We provide soft sheets & towels for the showers and & beach...priding ourselves on your comfort! Our Private-Pool is heatable & plant-surrounded with Outdoor Shower.

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

Walk to Breakwater Beach in Heart of Wine Country

Private and peaceful cottage walking distance to Breakwater Beach and Old Mill Inn Restaurant on the water opening Spring 2025. There are two large decks to relax by the firepit and drink your wine from the local wineries. Bikes, kayak, and paddle board are stored in the barn for guests use. Easy access to the marina, fishing, fine dining, vineyards, and farm stands.
