Close to Northwell hospital and 20 mins by foot to LIRR train station. 10 minutes driving to all supermarkets, shops, library and Stepping Stone Park. Host is highly allergic to cats and dogs. No Pets Allowed!

Centrally located in the heart of WEST BABYLON. We are a quick trip to Babylon Village shops, bars, and restaurants, Tanger Outlets, Jones Beach, Robert Moses, and Marina Beaches. Ferries to Fire Island also close by. About an hour drive to New York City via nearby expressway or a 65 minute railroad ride.

Comfy studio in Bethpage

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.

This is a newly renovated 1 bedroom keyless apartment with a skylight & plenty of windows located in Elmont Ny, on the second floor. This cozy, quiet, clean, diverse & family orientated neighborhood is in a central location making it easy to get around... Its 15-20mins away from JFK AIRPORT, the newly built USB ARENA, GREEN ACRES MALL / ROOSEVELT FIELD MALL plenty other local stores & restaurants to visit in the area.
