Mountain Momma Homestead Cottage

A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

This apartment is completely separate inside, with no shared living areas. The house is located on the river; however, the renters will not have access to the backyard. This apartment has a full-size bedroom with a queen bed, full size bathroom, living room & kitchenette in a shared room along with a stackable washer &dryer.
