This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

You’ll love it because of the location - great for couples, solo adventurers, or business travellers who like something a little different. The flat is upstairs at the back of a beautiful old terrace house. Park the car in the car space and walk everywhere!

Merewether relaxation

A lovely private space to relax and enjoy. This is the downstairs area of my home and is only used by guests. The living room is big and spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The separate bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 mins (15 min walk) from Merewether beach and coffee shops, close to Glenrock lagoon and the Merewether ocean baths. Fantastic walking trails nearby.
