The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Manor House is set in 50 acres on the Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire boarders. The Pond Barn is on its own, in a secluded spot next to the duck pond, looking out over the fields. The village has direct access to Martin Down Nature Reserve, right on the edge of the New Forest, where you can ride or walk for miles. 40 minutes from the coast.
