This booking is for a self contained ground floor Studio / ensuite. Tastefully decorated, the room was completely upgraded in April 2026 so it’s fresh and new. There is access to family breakout areas with space to chill, games and pool table it even has a bar that you can run yourself. Close to Southsea’s bustling restaurants. It’s ideally placed close to the beach and Southsea’s excellent restaurants and bars. It has a small kitchen with a double sofa bed if you are travelling with children.

Super comfortable double bedroom above The Dark Horse pub. We specialise in real ale, craft ale and local ciders. Guests can choose to self check in however there is often someone about to help with any local knowledge, bus routes etc. Guests have their own private entrance, tv, tea coffee station and when open, pub to lounge around in! There is also a sun terrace for guests own use, until midday. 11am check out
