You’ll love my place because it's a hidden garden oasis, in spite of being convenient to all major subways. Features its own kitchenette, private bathroom, and door to the patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. My partner Kris and I welcome people of all ilks!

The room is in a 125 year-old house in a charming historic neighborhood. This cozy, ground floor bedroom is approx. 100 sq. ft. The bed is full size. It adjoins a private, 20 sq. ft., bathroom. Guests control heat/air conditioning. The attached garden has seating areas.

I've had quite a few guests who are Airbnb veterans but never booked a shared space before. (The guest room is private; the rest of the loft is shared.) None of them have ever been disappointed. I live alone and the guest room and my bedroom are at opposite ends of an enormous space so there's a real feeling of privacy. You're also not going to have the all too common experience of finding the place a mess when you arrive or discovering that it looks nothing like the pictures.

Comfy queen size bed in a cosy, natural lit room. Central Williamsburg, one subway stop to Manhattan. Lively, beautiful area full of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. I (the host) will be present in the apartment, we will share all other spaces apart from your room: Kitchen, bathroom and living room. Up to two guests are welcome, however light travellers are advised as it can be small space for two. The door in the photos opens to a closet space for your clothes and suitcase. :)
