The Triple B private walk-out basement apartment has its own access with over 1,000 square feet of living space which includes a private bedroom, bath with walk-in shower and separate tub. The kitchenette is fully equipped for our guest to enjoy the meals they prepare. We have available an outdoor grill, with seating for eating your prepared meals and a place for an outdoor fire. In 1946 my parents lived here, using the upstairs as dad's veterinarians office. I've remodeled it using their doors, sinks, and artwork, an Amish made bed & bedding, and included locally made soaps & coffee. My parents were simple, peaceful, and relaxed, and I hope you feel that during your stay. This unique building has one bedroom, one bathroom, a small living area with a pull-out couch and kitchen. It is located just minutes away from downtown Berlin, local farms, bakeries and so much more!

We are a very small walk/ride to the Rails to Trails. This is a trail that runs from Fredericksburg to Killbuck (15 miles) perfect for bikes or walks.

This house is 15 minutes from Amish Country (Millersburg) to the East and 15 minutes from Mohican Adventures (Loudonville) to the West. The house is set up for a relaxing inexpensive family vacation. The house has 2 main bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room and a futon in the Game/Office room. It has 2 bathrooms and the kitchen is fully functional (coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher). The living room, both bedrooms, and game room have individual TVs.

This Airbnb was created for bikers riding on the OTET. This is above a detached garage at zip code 44628. This one open room with a private bathroom includes towels (toilet, shower, and sink). There is a double bed with linens, tv, wifi, mini-kitchen with microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The stove is not working now. The Airbnb is located a few minutes from the OTET/Glenmont Trailhead.
