Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Situated on Strickland Views farm, the Cottage is close to the mountain village of Marysville and Lake Mountain Snow Resort. The farm is bordered by the pristine Acheron River which is only a short walk away & has panoramic views of the surrounding ranges. We breed Angus cattle and calves are born each September. Being the only tourist accommodation on the farm and sited well away from the owner's residence, you can truly relax and enjoy this luxurious Cottage in total privacy.

Spring Cottage at Marysville Garden Cottages

These 8 ADULTS ONLY cottages have been designed for couples looking for a relaxing retreat. They have a touch of old world charm while still integrating modern comforts and are within a short stroll to Marysville's cafes and shops. Classic features included in Spring Cottage are a claw foot bath and box window seat. All the cottages have a gas log fire, timber flooring, private verandas overlooking the gardens & mountains beyond. Call us if you need wheelchair access.

Forest Way Farm Tiny House

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
