Our cosy 2 Bedroom Shouse on 5 Acres is located just 1.5km to Mansfield town. Located on top of the hill with beautiful views, perfect place to relax and unwind. We welcome most Pets to join you, offering an adjacent secure yard. If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. (Please message me to confirm your animal before booking) We also have a house next door that accomadates 8 people

Cottage by the creek

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on 8.5 acres with wood fire and queen bed. Rest by the beautiful sound of a year-round running creek and birdsong. The cottage is on a dead-end dirt road and due to the remoteness, is only accessible via car. No public transport is available. A short 15 minute drive to Healesville so easy access to delicious food, wineries and the Yarra Valley. We live in the neighbouring house and available at anytime but far enough away for complete privacy.

The Lily Pad is a cosy architect-designed, self-contained luxury villa, cantilevered over a tranquil billabong. Sit on the deck under a canopy of stars, serenaded by frogs. Enjoy a picnic beneath the magnolia tree. Renovated in Oct 2024, it features an ensuite kitchen & bathroom, with access to the surrounding 3.5-acre property. Described as a "little slice of paradise" by architect & former Grand Designs host Peter Maddison, the property offers stunning mountain views from every direction

Cosy 1 bedroom farm stay guesthouse

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

A queen bed in the main, single beds in the second bedroom and fold out couch in the lounge can sleep up to 6 guests. Full kitchen including new oven, hot plates and fridge you can cook up a storm if you wish! Fitted with reverse cycle air conditioner you will be comfortable all year round whatever the weather.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Delightful Moyhu in the King Valley. Moyhu has a fantastic Country Pub, General store and delightful cafe. These are all in walking distance from Nunyara. The Moyhu Lions Club Market is held the third Saturday of every month. Moyhu is centrally located to all the major wineries Pizzinis, Chrismont Delzottos, Brown Brothers are all a short drive away. This modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodation is the perfect base for groups and families to escape to the King Valley and stay in luxurious comfort. Built in 2017, Falls cottage has a modern beautiful kitchen and large comfortable dining and living space. Falls cottage is located in the heart of Whitfield, walking distance to the Mountain view hotel, Hobbledehoy cafe and Dal zotto wines. Wineries, local produce and dining options are all a close drive away.
