Slate Mtn Cabin, Cozy and Comfy, near Mayberry

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Cozy Cabin with a breath taking front porch view. Private getaway from town but close if necessities are needed. Just 10 min from Mayberry. One queen size bed and comfortable leather couch in living area. The kitchen has limited ability for cooking, ie. No stove. I have microwave, toaster oven, griddle and of course keurig. Great place to unplug and renew. 2 night minimum please. Guests will check in to obtain directions and keys and meet Host.

Hideaway Log Cabin

Unique place has a style all its own. It is private, one year old now and hand worked by owner. NO PETS. Small 350+ sq feet. Open floorplan, no separate bedroom. Large front porch with wooden rockers. Kitchen is very small, with most everything except for oven. Has two small ponds with fish in them loaner poles and tackle in closet no license required. It's in the woods there is wildlife, stream and old growth trees to view. Park style charcoal grill in the yard. Hammock, picnic area at ponds.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway nestled at the base of the Blue Ridge Mounatians.. Peaceful country setting without a lot of noise, maybe a cow or donkey. It has a view of Skull Camp mountain and you can swing on the front porch. Conviently located close to Raven Knob Scout Camp. Close to a stocked trout river, Fisher River. Located within minutes of I-77 and I-74. Local attractions include Mayberry, RFD and Pilot Mountain. Located 15 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway also.

Fox Hunter's Paradise

Enjoy the peace and serenity of our home. This property overlooks the Fisher River Valley in a quite, country setting where time seems to stand still. Convenient location, 20 minutes from historic Mt. Airy and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Serre Vineyards (1 mile), many other local wineries, and numerous wedding venues are close by. For anglers, there is access to Fisher River, which is a stocked trout stream, or drive out to Mitchell River and experience world class catch and release waters.

Shelly’s Cozy Cottage

This is a separate studio apartment/guest house on the owner's property. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen bed, queen sofa sleeper and pack ‘n play, and high chair, if required. Large common space with sofa bed, small table and chairs, electric fireplace, closet and lots of drawers, and flatscreen smart TV. We have direct TV, Netflix, and WiFi. Large deck with seating and a gas grill for you to enjoy outdoor BBQ.

We are 1/2 miles from Andy Griffith Museum and down the street from Wally's Gas Station. Have fun on a squad car ride. Come relax

Stony Knoll Vineyards Wine Lodge

A family heritage 1850 log home that was completely renovated in 2007. The front porch overlooks Stony Knoll vineyard grounds and tasting room which is across the street. This wine lodge consists of 1 full bath with a shower and jacuzzi, 1 double bed, 1 king bed and 1 single bed loft. A fully furnished kitchen for all meal prep. A full sized living room with fireplace and TV. Come and enjoy a glass of wine on the front porch or listen to the rain hit the country tin roof.

Beulah Bison Farm (Golden Cottage)

NO PETS! If you have a service animal please notify the host in advance. Beulah Bison Farm's Golden Cottage is located on a private lot with a creek running through the front yard. Guests can hike on the farm or relax and enjoy the view of Skull Camp Mountain. The Golden Cottage has WiFi, internet and lots of DVDs. Our kitchen is well stocked and has a Keurig. Our B&B is less than 10 minutes from I-77 exit 93 and 20 minutes from historic downtown Mount Airy, NC.

Whip-O-Will Cabin: Secluded Log Cabin Treehouse

Enjoy a secluded stay in our one of a kind, luxurious log cabin treehouse. The treehouse offers 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom on the main floor with a rock shower and the loft bedroom with a half bath. The treehouse has a full wrap around porch with jacuzzi tub overlooking a spring branch and fire pit. Enjoy the outdoor shower with a 16” rainfall shower head under the treehouse next to the spring branch. Our gravel road welcomes you to a cozy home in the trees.
